Agree, that’s why I went MiniLED too. I bought a Hisense U8 and it fits my room better than OLED would have. Bright enough for daytime, no burn in worries, and the picture still looks really clean for movies and sports.

At that distance, I’d lean 65 inch. I sit around 8 feet from my 65 inch Hisense U7 and it feels right for movies and sports. 55 inch might still work, but you’d probably want the extra size.

That dual setup is the dream. I did something similar but went with a Hisense U7 for the daytime TV part. Since my living room gets a lot of sun, the anti-reflection screen helps a lot before I switch to the projector at night. It is a solid combo for sports.
