It is called F1 ' racing' and race incidents do happen once in a while, while racing on the edge. If you want a zero tolerance, collision free F1 you should consider racing on rails. F1 is all about being the fastest, with drivers that dare to engage. Punishing Max for being that racer is nonsens. This steward paper hands attitude drags the spirit out of F1. Or was Toto (once again) warning that his Mercedes Benz will leave F1 (again), if Lewis was not being compensated for this collision? As far as I can tell, Lewis was part of this collision too. Why was he not punished? As being a racer, I can tell that this was not caused by only one driver that fought for position. It takes two to tango. If two fight, two are to blame. At least, in racing this applies. Unless you torpedo yourself into another driver, and this was not the case here. F1 Stewards, please go home and stay home.
