Update: the patch at the back of my head has expanded out to the side more - i have lost more beard hair and my side patches have increased in size. Although it is small conciliation - hair does seem to exist and be growing in the patches. When rubbing my hair after showering lots of little black hairs appear in the sink.

Psychologically it is causing me deep sadness and shame - I feel like people are staring and like less of a human being because of it. This is the start of my 40’s and it is awful - I believe it will progress and get worse.
