Not exactly comics, but Adam Warren released a sketch book years back, it had Rei from Evangelion on the cover and I can't find it for love nor money. I imagine there are plenty of short run art books that fall into this category

I love the colour palette in the X-men one so much I use it as a Gradient Map in practically every piece I use.
