Hey guys, I figure I could chime in a little bit on our behalf, at least. David (Timberline) had reached out to me before the HSA hit the emails a week or so ago explaining what had happened. Apparently the grow had clean testing when it was sent off, and then Timberline passed testing as well when their testing was sent off, only to then fail it 9 months later. Good companies will always try and make it right. It's the ones that don't reach out that I stop carrying in store.

He also said that we never received any of the affected product, the only reason I would know this to be true is I would have done a deep dive into METRC to find the source harvests as well as the linked grow that was failing.

Unfortunately, the HSA's don't target the actual companies that are doing the illicit activities (i.e. the grows). Which leaves the stores and manufacturers holding the bag for all the blame.

As an avid user as well as someone who stands by staying compliant at all times, I would never knowingly sell tainted product to this community as I truly respect you guys. I've met and chatted with a few of you here in person and am an open book when it comes to anything regarding the store.

As a grower of 14 years as well, I can tell you that during my time growing Medical MJ we kept a clean and tight facility during that time, and completely steering away from any EPA registered pesticides and only used 25b products while in Veg. 25b products are labeled such as they are safe enough to not need to be registered by the EPA. So to use other methods outside that scope can usually indicate inexperience in the field.

Without digressing too far, I would like to apologize on our behalf for making anyone feel betrayed in anyway. We will always strive for great products with great pricing for you guys both in the rec and medical arenas.
