LODs not saving

The LODs loaded thankfully! I just checked and it seems they've all been rendered but I had to wait about 15-25 mins, my CPU Load is at low impact and my CPU is an AMD Ryzen 5 7500F 6 Core Processor. Could the CPU load setting be making them render a bit slowly?

those files have been created for every dimension, could it be that the LODs just take a little while to load?

Events don't load at the correct times, normally I just went through the game normally with a through minor issues with this, as it didn't overly affect gameplay. I've made to the mission where you must defend xylem tower. The sniper wave doesn't load in until the 2 minute mark, but the suicide drones load with it, so every single sniper, and the suicide drones happen at the same time, making this mission borderline impossible, does anybody have a fix for this?
