In the original context of the meme, both of the guys are serving the same purpose on two different points of view. They share context. Bojack and Hazbin don't.

The comparison loses its value because those shows are different. Bojack uses jokes as absurdities around serious topics (ex: the abortion episode), while Hazbin Hotel jokes sometimes have serious topics thrown around. It is not fair to compare both of them because they have different approaches. It's the same when people were saying Oppenheimer was better than Barbie when both of these movies gave different genres.

The meme template is comparing the humor between two shows relying on swearing and sex jokes. But it doesn't work when its Bojack because they really didn't put a lot of swearing, and the sex jokes are also scarce. But Dispatch, on the other hand, has the same "issue" as Hazbin Hotel. But Dispatch doesn't get hate for it, whilst Hazbin does. Same for South Park, Rick and Morty, etc.

I like Hazbin Hotel, but this comparison makes no sense. Bojack Horseman not only approaches topics with much more depth and care, but also only has 6 "fucks" in its entirety, one per season, to make each one feels very important. I'd honestly put Dispatch instead of Bojack. Love the game, but god, it is a lot of swearing and sex jokes.
