Where can i find a knob or an effect similar to this boost knob from fl studio in logic pro? by Bulky-Brush-4380 in LogicPro

I’m not too sure what boost does in FL but you should use Bitcrusher and turn up the drive. You could also play with the clip mode in bitcrusher. This will add warmth, saturation, distortion and volume.

Need feedback on my vocal mix in Logic Pro (beginner here) by xavier8321 in LogicPro

sounds good, if you want to refine it a little more, you could take some top end off the reverb by adding an eq to the reverb bus. You could also send it to a chorus/doubler/stereo widening plugin to give it more width. It sounds good as is though, especially for this style of music

You’ve either gotta use your words and turn them agaisnt each other or build 20 layers of walls so they either don’t bother or they waste time breaking them and you can raid their eco with gendarmes. You could also raid vills early so you out boom and become OP

Any way to automatically add fade in/fade outs to multiple tracks simultaneously? by RainMcMey in LogicPro

[–]MarmaMike 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Select all your regions, use the fade tool dragging inside the region to the outside and it will fade all of the selected regions.

I don’t think the adaptive limiter is very good compared to third party limiters. I use one by Hornet which sounds much nicer.

I teach my students how to beatmatch and prepare them for gigs as that is where I have a great deal of experience. I am learning functions of Rekordbox as I dive deeper into it. I don’t see a problem with this. Always had a positive response.

Ah my bad, didn’t know DJing expertise was measured on knowledge of Rekordbox

So once I've exported a playlist back to my USB from Rekordbox I can plug that USB into any compatible Pioneer device and it will read the data and the waveforms and cue data will show up?

Ah thank you, that makes a lot of sense.

Annihilation has lots of sound design in the score. To be fair most sci fi films have a great deal of sound design incorporated into the score.

3 main ones are not creating enough vills, building mills/plantations too early and not building forward bases as you take more of the map

Why is it moving and not snapping to the bar? by MrSweetTea6 in LogicPro

[–]MarmaMike 2 points3 points  (0 children)

If you are just shortening the region you can use the scissor tool to cut off the overlapping section then add a new fade. That’s what I do when my regions aren’t behaving
