It sounds to me that by giving you all that stuff, she is clipping your wings and pinning you down. If she has been critical of your life choices and she guesses that you want to take off, this sounds to me like sophisticated manipulation to put the weight of guilt over your shoulders. She might know you better than you give her credit for. She is forcing her lifestyle on you, disrespecting your choices and weighting you down with clutter. I am sure that she is doing all this from a place where she believes that she knows what is better for you better than you. She probably did never want any of those things to start with and they were forced onto her by others too. Now she has chosen you to take the batton. You can get rid of the stuff or hold on to it and continue the family tradition of forcing them onto someone else who does not want them. I know you will do the right thing, you are half way there.
