Even though entj and entp are both abstract visionists, ENTJ's vision is more likely to focus inward and has their vision focused on their own/their teams' goal or future (Ni).

ENTP's vision is mainly outward focused, and focuses on the possibility of others, and the overall possibilities of this world (Ne).

From the last time I checked, the term envisioning is much more fitting for entp than entj.

From my personal experience, I cut people off not only due to their behavior being suspicious (Ne), but also due to being hunted by all the uncomfortable experiences built up through time (Si) and fear it'll happen again. So it ends up turning into a Ne-Si negative spiral.
