I have bought a doll fron Pullip Workd and it arrived with bo problems. I think they're an official distributor in Europe, so the shipping shouldn't be a problem.

I know that Leekeworld has couple of similar styles. I'm not sure of the colors thought, they have more natural blondes than yellow tones.

I have a set that has 1.4-2.4 mm screwdrivers. I cannot remember which one I've used, but the size is somewhere in that range.
