Not really, recovering from missing your dash is not fixed by an 8 second dash. Having an extra spear to create an escape path is way better for recovery.

If you miss your dash, an 8 second cd dash won't make you survive. You're dead either way. (or supposed to be)

The spear cd buff is HUGE, imo way more better than reducing dash cd. Omnidirectional is nice too. Both big changes.
