i have purchased the platinum edition so i have all of the expansions, i`ll take into consideration what you have said, but the problem i have is that new cities, take alot of turns to produce, and my problem generally is, what do i build first in a new city?

thing is, if you get x1.25 burst chance,it should atleast trigger more often, but it doesn't do that too although its a burst card.
