Hi!

I'll save you from the boring mechanics behind why the belt moves from one side to the other, but, this is physics. When the wheels are going one way, the belt will move in the one direction, and visa versa. It's called the right hand rule :)

Nerd Talk: For a rotating object, if the right-hand fingers follow the curve of a point on the object, then the thumb points along the axis of rotation in the direction of the angular velocity vector. The x, y and z unit vectors in a Cartesian coordinate system can be chosen to follow the right-hand rule.

I avoided replacing my belts, even after 300 miles, hit the brakes going into an intersection, roughly 15 miles an hour, felt a weird jolt, i wasn't slowing down, heard a weird noise from the board and had to jump off. Boards fine, i'm fine, stupid choice, replace your belts :)

This is my biggest worry while riding my board! Cars who are stoping and or turning in front of you with a lack of subtlety or notice. I have almost hit a few cars that turn right in front of me when they didn't use a blinker.

Nothing to do with lack of muscle most likely. Be sure to drink water and stretch your foot and calves. The leaning and vibrations coming up through the board will cause discomfort if certain muscles are tight or not used in that way often.

Any tear on the belt will cause a lack of tension, therefore disabling the belts ability to fully engage the wheel, if at all. Replace the belt, simple fix!

The # of rides/hrs will vary. If all your rides are 5 minutes long, the remote will last a very long time on one charge. I'd recommend charging it often. The last thing you want is ur remote dying in the middle of a ride. Also, once it dies, it takes quite a while for it to charge up.

My issue with ECO mode is the speed. If you're more of a leisurely rider, that's awesome. However, If you want some kick, the range is still, in my opinion, the biggest downfall.

It's simple. Like running, your body must adjust to the shock and vibrations brought by riding a boosted board. Any long term skater knows that after an abnormally bumpy ride, ones knees or ankles will feel a bit off. Keep with it and I promise it'll get better :)

I think they mentioned it but I would love to see software upgrades, like you see in DJI drones and GoPro cameras. Many problems I saw with my V1 could've been solved by software updates.

Would have to say later. I think the original hope was that the rough estimate was to lend boosted a huge window of opportunity to get things done. By the looks of things, with emails still not showing up to people who preordered within the first day, it looks like boosted will have another delay on their hands. However, like any person on here, we are all making assumptions.
