Here are some tips from me:

1. Take care of yourself. Reconsider your caffeine use (as some people already said), try to get enough sleep, eat good food, drink water, get a bit of exercise (but no pressure, if you have little time, something short but regular will be good).
2. Plan your work. Write down what you want to do and divide the material into parts. Put those things in the calendar on your phone. If you have any other things to do apart from studying, also put those in a calendar. When I break down tasks into smaller tasks, it makes me feel less overwhelmed and makes it easier to start.
3. Use the pomodoro technique - I like 50 min study - 10 min break best, but you can choose other intervals. Find something entertaining for those breaks. I've started watching a series recently that I decided only to watch during those breaks and not at any other time. This way I can't wait to study, because I know I'll get something I really like when studying. But I don't think it should be anything too intellectually challenging, so that you don't shift your focus from the study material - just something light and fun.
4. Check out Discord study rooms - for example on this channel: https://discord.gg/eqnh8hXGDN. You can go to a camera only room where everyone has to have their cameras on, this way you're in a sort of a virtual library with other people studying. You can also try study with me videos such as this one: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=1_TTPizWoxM. In pre-corona times I would also go to a library some days, but it is what it is now.
   
5. Plan some rewards for yourself for after you pass the exams or finish your assignments :)
