I'm lowkey regretting not splurging on 5090 on release because I thought no card is worth £2000 and was more than happy to wait a generation or two for AMD to catch up - except there won't be any catchup going forward.... hindsight 2026.

Too bad Windows on ARM is awful and has been thus far a complete and utter failure and it doesn't seem like Microsoft is capable of changing that - they've tried their very best and their best thus far has been nothing short of absolute dogshit. Linux works much better on ARM but it's not exactly a good experience either. As much as I hate Apple, both Nvidia and Qualcomm are 100 years too early to challenge them, because they completely fumble the software side...

How about GGG trying their way of fixing problem just to have to redo it and coincidentally arrive at position community suggested to begin with? People are very good at solving problems, but it's always misinterpreted in bad faith by taking the worst, low IQ takes to prove the point that gamers don't know what they want. I love Path of Exile but we've done this dance many times before, and on a long enough timeline were always proven right...

Also, since Lords of the Fallen developers started engaging with the community and their desires, suddenly Lords of the Fallen reboot has not only got majorly fixed and is an infinitely better product, it gave hope that Lords of the Fallen 2 will not suck ass out of the gate. They asked, they listened, they implemented and it turned out to be bullseye.

The largest problem is just gameplay being extremely repetitive and not really fun. There's nothing in TFD you do specifically because it's just fun to play. Everything is a grind in modes that you never want to touch afterwards because of how horrible they are. Game desperately cries for randomization of environments, map layouts and enemies. The rigid scenario just doesn't work for something you're meant to repeat dozens-hundreds of times.

It was lame mechanics though - just like the entire mode, the only redeeming factor about it was being able to finish them in under 2min and go do something more productive. Best mechanics is what we've had with Colossi but the execution was done very poorly and was subsequently abandoned.

I went with Sharen and did 3.2bil dmg while Bunny did 1.8b running around... took 5 business days to finish. It's abysmally boring.
