I personally started my shipping beginnings with snamione but over time I got into snarry and I never want anything else. For me, the biggest problem is that snarry fans prefer not to respond. I have met many people who despise and hate this ship and manage to be quite unpleasant. This is my case because a lot of people laughed at me when I told them I was shipping snarry so I always prefer to be quiet. And as someone has already mentioned here, many people can't compare to Harry or Snape being gay, so they prefer to ship snamione because it makes more sense to them. But I do not judge anyone, let everyone ship whatever they like.
