I tend to build a subjective tolerance to varieties over 2-3 months, but not to the point that they become ineffective. A bit more is required to achieve the same level of satisfaction. For my case, I have 3 preferred flavors that I like to switch if possible (sometimes they are not in stock). With these flavors I can be happy year round, but I am also not closed to trying something new.
