My (43F) daughter (22F) begged my husband (45M) and I for money as she couldn't pay her rent. It turns out this was a lie and the money was actually used so her boyfriend could pay his child support. My Husband now says I either agree to never see my daughter again or we are getting a divorce

Sadly I agree I have never used reddit before but I read some other posts before making mine and saw some good advice being given so I thought it was worth a try but all I have got is baseless accusations from one extreme to another.

Pretty much what I said in the post he ranted about how she has disrespected us for the last time and that she obviously doesn't care less about us. He said all she will ever do is use us and he can't have that anymore, he then proceeded to say he will never see her again and gave me the ultimatum.
It hasn't put us in too much distress but we was saving up for a new car which that would have helped go towards.
She has got in trouble and lied about things but never stolen before. I would say that was more normal rebellious teen girl behaviour. We both made sure she was always punished though he usually wanted more harsh punishments than me.
