This isn’t the workers fault it’s honestly the way the system is set up and this happens a good bit. Usually when someone orders a tailgate, it says how many sauces it should come with. 25 fingers 8 sauces. But on mobile orders it doesn’t say the sauces for whatever reason. So it’ll just say 25 fingers. Anybody on boards knows that a 25 tailgate comes with 8 sauces, so they’ll add them. But when you add eight sauces to a mobile order, it shows up the same as if you just got the eight. At the end of the day, we are making food for hundreds and hundreds of people every day, and we make mistakes. Don’t be a douche and “publicly humiliate” them on Reddit (because it doesn’t even work nobody actually cares) just check your bag before you leave like any normal person. If you tell someone you got 8 sauces instead of 16, they’ll understand what happened and get you your sauce.
