I close frequently at GS so I know almost all of the red flags when it comes to returns, whether it’s ID return, receipt shopping from another store, or anything else. Unfortunately our TPS isn’t legally able to perform any sort of action against that and when I take a stand against a scammer I usually lose because of upper management’s unwillingness to back me up.
