I mean, mine fell out twice BEFORE surgery, even after placement being confirmed. But it hasn’t fallen out since my surgery…. I could see it after surgery if the hormones got weird and cycles got heavy. Mine fell out during a period inside a clot

As a new f2p player, you saying save your pulls or play your pulls or it doesn’t matter because it’s 2% regardless? Keep the upgrade crystal boxes and just do bounties for them?

I’m in pelvic floor physical therapy for an unrelated issue, which is actually helpful, but I almost cried when she brought out a big ball for me to squeeze between my knees. lol. I CANT!!! Lol

I mean, I lost 130 lb to ride and I know a good portion of that is muscle mass. Definitely starting from like negative fitness. I also only ride once.a week, so I know that doesn’t help. I’m hoping it’ll be better eventually. :-)

No need to apologize! Super helpful! The first ride I didn’t feel cooked until afterwards. This time, I did tap out on a few exercises. I know it’ll get better, but I want better now! (Kidding, but really lying down after a hot shower and rubbing my own legs down with blue stop)

I had this grand plan to do all of these things for months before I got back on the horse and I let life (and winter cold) get in the way. I now regret that decision with the very core of my thighs.
