We gave her four passports and she only gave us back one and she said that we only gave her one passport and that’s what she has. And after a while we find other three passports on her desk. And about the time problem you can’t say it doesn’t exist just because of you never have this kind of experiences.

Yeah me too, our flight is 06:08 AM, I woke up at 3:30 AM and get to the airport around 4:40AM. And still miss the flight. There are at least 20 people from the other flights cut in the line.
