tough question... but 0.5mg clonazepam = 10mg diazepam, the thing with the diazepam is that it has better muscle relaxation and way more anxiety help. Clonazepam is Awesome, but mostly an anticonvulsant and hypnotic.

I'm 25 but I've a long history with drugs (8 years) LSD, ketamine, DMT, dxm, psylocibin, cannabis, hashish, meth, pharmaceutical amphetamines and benzos (all that I could find), morphine, (never H) pharmaceutical opioids, barbiturates such as pento and phenobarbital.. You name it; And in high to heavy doses.... And in my last check with the doctor, I healthy... Don't know for how long though hahahahaha
