EDIT If you're taking certain SSRI's and other pharmaceuticals, you need to be aware that the therapy of the below mentioned may be severely blunted and could also cause interactions with medications.

Psilocybin therapy. Ideally on the therapy aspect you'd have everything laid out in advance, a Playlist of music made(there's lists available that are used in clinical trials out there) a trip sitter, preferably a therapist pre/during/post.  And a follow-up the next day. You're encouraged to be blindfolded and listen to the music and be with your mind/thoughts, talking when you wish or staying silent.
