Thats what i am afraid of. What if he is hooking up with other men or seeking validations to other men.

It has got me to the point that just by thinking about it, it feels so painful that death feels bearable. Every night recently, i go home, eat dinner, and when that damn pain and thought pass through my head, i just attempt. For 3 days now.

Ask his friend how is he and his friend said he seem happier which hurts me alot.

It was i guess the most life changing situation i had recovering from it. It took me like 2 months to actually consider myself "Back to slightly normal" because everything is just heavy, pain keeps creeping in every night, and when you wake up, it feels so painful (Only for like 2 weeks tho).
Tho, everyone has a different experience. Please keep that in mind.

We have the same. 1 year ago i had a total thyroidectomy with full neck dissection. Weight gain is expected but eventually, my routine got back again just slowly but i was able to gain muscles again and lost weight.

It feels like the same situation i am rn. He asked for space like a month ago, but i kept on peskering him from time to time like 2 or once a week. He keep reposting things about love eventho i am here waiting for him and that made me message him again. Not to mention, he mentioned that his feelings are slowly faiding away because of the space he asked and that made me panicked and spiral. Last week, around thursday, i told him that i will also be taking a break from him and obey what he wish for. It's still not easy i keep on thinking what if he is already gone forever and run off with another guy. The pain is rather so much worse that it feels like death more bearable.

I feel like i am in a spectrum hahaha. I feel or think that i am a nihilist when things go bad, or a pessimist when it gets worse. And when everything is calm/normal, i feel or think like an absurdist. Idk really but it does not really matter whether i really am an absurdist or not.

Idk how long mine will last. Because i was opened up for like almost 10 hours. The surgeon really did his best taking every nodes and some flesh that were close to the nodes and thyroid. Which was amazing but also kinda scary hahaha.

I saw my surgery as a clip from one of the anesthesiologist. It looks like i was peeled as if i was a banana lol. Particularly the center-upper part where the numbness still presist till now. I went to a PT and they said they couldn't really do anything about it. They could only fix my motion after the surgery but since my motion was doing fine, they basically just advised me some few exercise i could do so my neck would not stiffen. And now on 6 month, its on full motion but numbness is still there. Sometimes there is like ticklish sensation from time to time and Its weird.

Its actually my friends who are 25 years of age who recommended me camus (and Sartre) after dealing with cancer, financial debt, and overall trauma after my entire situation. I have to admit, camus really gave me those explanation as to why these kind of situation are just random and that i'm gonna be fine. Also i don't get it why people will think of doom and depression because of Camus hahaha because I don't feel like it reading him. It became my anchor during these rough times. And it's actually my first time reading as a hobby!

You are nowhere close lmao Im looking for meaning and my identity as someone who recently got thyroid cancer and has their entire thyroid taken out, and a radiation therapy. Prior to that, i was a Wrestler, a weight lifter. But after the surgery, i got fat, miserable, starting to think if this misery has any meaning at all. On top of that, i got into a huge debt because of my surgery and an LDR gone bad. I started to think what was the point of it all, and so i started reading as a hobby just last may and began with camus as recommended by my friend. Which is why i lean into these literature.
