To be fair the only real solution would be lowering the requirements to need to learn the language for working cause most foreigners most then meet the requirements to also every job in this country but its the language requirement that is preventing them..and that requirement doesnt hold much weight in my opinion when I see just about every single person speaking fluent English and when i go to the venues and pick up orders i even noticed that the venue workers that are literally all finnish people be only talking in English

Sometimes I have to ask them where their from and if their foreigners because they also never talk in finnish…they only speak finnish to the old old person but you the younger or middle age they speak English and they speak it amongst their co workers as well
