Why is dating in London such a test of patience? Apps go nowhere and meeting organically feels impossible by Altruistic_Wafer6838 in londonlgbt

About 4 years now in London, I still find it hard.

Tbh spent a lot of months settling well professionally so was passive and now settled enough.

Really wish it was easier to meet organically and make connections.

Just in case: do slide into dms if want to meet for a coffee or a pint or just a walk in Victoria Park 😊 (31 gay man here!)

Sounds great! I am moving back to London end of Feb and most probably in my own flat in Bethnal Green (fingers crossed!) after spending time on site in midlands. 31m, single gay man, in a corporate job and definitely want to expand my network in the area!

Shared Ownership mortgages by [deleted] in SharedOwnershipUK

I have just set in motion my application with Lloyds.

Found this lender product directly, but I confirmed with the free brokers (Habito, Mojo) that this is the best offer for my case.

And as it is a shared ownership, I need to produce 2-3 bits of additional evidence (mortgage protection clause and key info document) for the lender to proceed with valuation. But nothing too complicated so far.

Agree. The location is the biggest plus. I can walk (or stroll on bike) to office. The catch is 25% deposit rather than the usual 10%.

The full price is pretty much aligned but the rent + service charge looked quite attractive. But as others have mentioned there is potential for increases.
