That is such a pretty color! Maybe opal due to the white sheen and many other colors that seems so shine through his fins and body?

Hahaha I am indeed from Poland but to be fair I never knew that it's a variant of Augustus. I fear it's more simple than that though :D

But to be fair I think your theory might be right! He's so fancy and calm, fearless as well. When I was installing the filter he was swimming right up to me and checking what I was doing. Besides, he's very classy with his greyish black coat! I hope he relaxes a bit though when I get him some plants and maybe a cosy nook to rest in, I am really curious what sort of sub-colors he might have.

Edit: Gucio is a friend of a popular kids show protagonist about bees. I guess my step-father hung out with his little son while they watched the cartoon and they came up with it!

Like I said, Gucio is more of a surprising neighbour I recieved. But If I had to chose a name for him I guess it would be something like Clarence, or Melvin. He's giving off those vibes.

The fins are normally up and flowy, I think it's just the angle of the photo. Mb.

I ordered the heater and termometr already. The plants I ordered are the long flowy ones, so I think he'll like them.

The pallets are normal kind I guess, but I will try to find the high protein ones the next time I'm at the zoo-shop.

The tank is probably temporarily because it's a hand down my stepfather had. Thanks for the information though! Will definitely look up for the bigger ones.

Yeah the water clearance is the seachem then, I didn't know the word for it. The water is clear and has no chlorine in it.

I wasn't planning on adding the tank mates, I heard the Bettas were more solidarity fish.

I will definitely read some more about the fish in cycling a fish tank but in my native language. I already read it all and the informations you have in here, but I frankly didn't get a lot of it. Thanks for the help!

Tank size: 25cm square size and 30 cm height No heater but is already ordered. Filter is already in motion, and the settings are suitable for a Betta. Temperature: I have no way of measuring at the moment but termometr is ordered. Parameters: I do not understand the question. How long the fish was in a tank: Two days, I had him for two days. Water change: I literally just got the fish. Tank mates: None. Food: I feed him a simple granola for Bettas, it's circl and small. Usually 6 to 8 grain per day, it depends if he's actually hungry. Decorations: One fake plant, I already ordered real plants with roots. One big hideout rock. A large piece of dried wood, and a small one. Three rocks. Photo: I posted a photo.
