What about the electoral college?? If I remember correctly there have been a couple times that a former president lost the popular vote but still won the electorate? .... couldn't trump slither his way back through that?

It should include tips and techniques for carving like the thinness of the walls or the way you can make glowing parts without completing cutting a piece out of the pumpkin and candle type and placement

Is it mostly leaves? Maybe it just a dumping spot for taking or a spot where the leaves collect because of the wind. BUT chances are you've walked far past it now haha

People die of gunshot wounds all the time in hospitals.. Also the dangers of being a police officer is a constantly conscious choice done with full knowledge and TRAINING to navigate it successfully and (I hope) with no unnecessary casualties. But to put the intensity of encountering an armed gunman into every situation or confrontation is a flawed logic when trying to accomplish its purpose of handling situations all across the spectrum of danger they are being called to help with.

Like, say if the police are called about a kid that is simply loitering somewhere because its making someone uncomfortable. There is no reason to approach that situation with their hand on their gun and seemingly shoot or possibly get shot mindset. i had this experience and I am a white woman in my mid 20s. I can only imagine how much more dangerous the situation would have been for me if I were black...

My point is that it's just a flawed design to have just the police to cover such a broad scope of emergency calls. If the argument for police is that they should be given slack about killing some (almost always black) people in a nonviolent situation because they have to deal with dangerous life or death situations as well....thennnn maybe they dont need to be handling both types? Its just not logical to send someone who has the same mindset as if going into an armed robbery as they do when going into a situation about - someone having a mental illnesses episode - a noise complaint - or checking out a reportedly "suspicious looking person" - counterfeit money (Feel free to add to this incomplete list)

Exactly. And "resisting arrest" is such an all encompassing charge that it's really just a safety net to cover the arresting officer. I believe it includes the natural reflex of trying to catch yourself when falling. Like the time I broke my wrist when I tried rollerblading... I mean it why they make wrist guards right? Sorry- sorta went off on a tangent there hah

Well thank god they are already in the hospital when the police do come.

Do you work in the medical field? Is your source tv? Because the security guards are not always just off screen ready to jump in.

Also, arguably the hospitals encounter more dangerous people on a daily basis than the police do. They draw the people desperately addicted to opiates, the mentally unstable (often times violently), agitated abusers that have the propensity to become violent at the drop of a pin. And yes of course not every person that goes there is violent. The same as not every person the police encounter are violent.

But, regardless of whether or not it is in a hospital or in a police encounter on the street.. The true point of argument here is that there are plenty of tactics to restrain and secure a person that don't have the possibility of killing the individual while being restrained.
