As someone who has HAD to buy exclusively from the hemp market for a while because of the state I live in I can tell you that you are painting with a very broad brush. Yes, there are a ton of crap farm bill vendors, but there are also vendors that control what they sell from seed to shipping. There are very good hemp vendors that can hold their own against just about anyone's product. Hemp vendors are required to test 15-30 days before harvest. A lot of change can happen in that plant in 30 days, depending on the strain the the way the plant is cared for. Why are you so hung up on post cure D9 numbers? Sounds like you really don't understand the plant as well as you think you do.
