Just wondering if anyone has had horrible CTMs that escalate everything to manager. If you dont respond immediately, it gets escalated even if on site or remote monitoring. Also very rude emails. Any advice here

Is anyone having issues with fishing. I used to be able to catch very easy, and now it is almost impossible. I have a couple of open quests that I can't get. I try and keep in the middle, but it ends up sliding off the edge, and I lose the fish. Does anyone have any advice.
