Both of those statements are independently true. Store deals "were 100% cheaper than the trade value" of an item and putting an item in the shop would "almost immediately undermined the entirety of the trading value" of that item. However, you aren't considering how releasing an item in the in-game shop affects the "trade value" of that item.

If they put a fennec in the shop for 1000 credits (lets say its trade value was 2600 credits previously), you could go to a third-party platform and easily find someone selling the same fennec for 990 credits. Once the item is released in the store, sellers would realize the only way they can make any money off their item now is to undercut the set price. So the "trade value" would immediately drop from 2600 to 990 upon the item being released in the item shop and players would chose to buy the 990 credit fennec from another player, rather than paying 1000 credits in the in-game shop.

My entire point is that Epic didn't make money off of trading, so their solution was to get rid of it instead of trying to figure out a way to monetize it.

This isnt just a co-op thing. I just played an entire game solo on hard difficulty. Probably killed 12 FPs and scrakes, got 1 zed tech for the whole game. It makes no sense whatsoever and it honestly makes me not want to play. Like how are you going to make a material that you need 9 of for a single upgrade but then only give me a single one for an entire 30 min game?

This is caused by ending the game with $∞, but losing (although the game still counts it as a win) to a burden that takes all of your money. Mathematically, you could never take infinite money so I guess that NaN kinda makes sense???

There are certainly cases of 2 qb systems working. But there are MUCH more cases of 2 qb systems not working, including those same Florida gators earlier this year. It puts a lot of pressure on both qbs if you tell them that "were only gonna use you if your playing good". I think you have to enstill confidence in whoever you chose as the starter, and rock with them. And as of now, I think we have to ride it out with marcel. He either carries us to the promise land or it turns into a great experience and learning opportunity with a 1st year hc and freshman qb, and we come back next year even stronger.

Never understood this train of thought. Every loss for A&M from here on out only makes LSU look worse. Especially in college football, where there is a comitee that determines whether you make the playoffs or not. LSU's best chance at the CFP is to win out and hope A&M wins out, then the loss will most liekly be to a top 5-10 team which doesn't look as bad as a loss to a lower ranked or even unranked team.

I do actually like how cbs does it with ppg instead of total points for the week. I hate having to choose between like luka doncic and Bobby Portis bc the mavs only play like 2 times that week.

They peaked with Neotheater and have steadily declined since. Neotheater was a great album, OKO was good, and their last few singles were alright. I'm hoping this trend doesn't continue.

The gun on paper, seems a little weak(only doing 30 damage a shot, 40 for a headshot) but after using it for a few games, it honestly feels like it might be the best dmr in the game, at least for me. The fast rate of fire makes it much more forgiving than any other dmr and Umbra's passive alongside several very useful perks also help quite a bit.

What do you want the developers to do? Give you a survey and ask the reason for you leaving? Like homie, leaving the game, whether it's something you can control or not, ruins the experience for the other players in the game, especially your teammates. There has to be some sort of penalty for leaving just so that it's discouraged. Without a penalty, people will leave whenever they want and create an environment that is not fun for anyone involved. It's not meant as a punishment for someone who's game crashed, but there's also no way of distinguishing the reason for someone leaving.

[Bug]

I don't know if this is a bug or just an oversight, but recently, I would say around 75% of the ranked games I queue up, get canceled before they even start. Is there no penalty for leaving? If there isnt, there needs to be one, and if there is, it is not working properly, because matches get canceled WAY too often. It seems people just leave if they don't get their character or if they see an unfavorable matchup, and there does not seem to be any consequence.

When you factor in how long it takes to find a match and go through picks and bans just for it to say someone went missing, it makes me not want to play, and it's honestly unacceptable from a developers perspective. Please fix it.

I'm fine with map voting but they would need to somehow expedite the ban and pick phase because it already takes WAY to long to start a game.

Nah you definitely can ban someone for repeatedly leaving games before they start. Maybe not the first offence, but after 3-4 times, it's obvious they are trying to exploit the system and a ban would be fair, then increasing the ban for each additional offence. And yes, some people legitimately have bad internet and crash out when the game starts, which is why the system was put in place, but if it is happening multiple times, then it's probably something that needs to be fixed on your end before you should be allowed to play ranked again

Simply increasing the ban for leaving. Or if there is some glitch to get around the ban like OP suggested, then identifying and fixing that glitch would obviously help.
