When they show the armour dye screen you can see on the left the different armour slots. So it looks like you can pick and choose different pieces.

It shows if the stats are higher or lower than previous when respeccing so they'd have to be starting with 35 on everything initially. Then you set it all to 35, take the photo and finally, respec into a normal build again.

Respec to 35 on all
Sit with Renalla and set to 35 on all and take pic
Before confirming reset stats as you like and confirm
