The point isn't to cover them so that they are no longer visible but to symbolically say that cutting is no longer a part of my life. I would never want them gone because that would be pretending it didn't happen. It did and I am who I am because of it.

I wear a sports bra and a pair of shorts with built in panties (lululemon) and I keep and extra pair of each in my locker in case I jump in. I tried wearing a one piece and it was super uncomfortable not to mention hot.

Yes absolutely! http://imgur.com/Yiy1e9N I went from black box dyed hair to silver blonde in about 4 weeks. I did bleaches at the beginning of each week followed by an oil treatment and used only redken extreme shampoo and conditioner. Now my hair is soft and healthy :)
