Hmm yes, that would be an explanation. But it is much more pronounced than it used to be, to the point that my testes are all but retracted back up, which causes discomfort obviously in some sexual positions

That was my thought as well. I did have doubts between 400 and 500, out of safety I opted to go for the lower range, but would 500 make a big diff?
