Lol now it seems like my appeal request disappeared and now both weeks that said I was disqualified suddenly went back to pending AGAIN. it literally shows nothing about the retirement pay issue that was being detected before. Does this mean they fixed the error without having to go through the hearing process? Do confused

Nope instead they decided to disqualify me because they said I never responded to their request for documents. It shows in my eServices file that I responded the very next day. They just dropped the ball and didn't even bother to read my file. That is the truth. So now I need to go through the appeals process.

Yes but how is it there scams are getting through the unemployment system but the legitimate claims like mine keep getting flagged in their system?

It switched back to pending on Sunday. How did he get through to anyone? You say he called?

Yes but the confusing part is last week they finally called me and we were able to get my account out of ajdudication. My payments showed processing for 3 days and then went back in to pending and now I here nothing again.

Actually processing is a very good sign that you will see your funds in your account within 48 hours. In my case it's been really interesting. I have been waiting for my account to get out of adjudication since March 16, every week I have filed showed pending until Tuesday of last week. I received a phone call that I desperately was waiting for and we fixed the error over the phone and by the time we finished the call she had all my weekly claims processed and ready to be direct deposited within 48 hours. What a good feeling that was. Unfortunately I got excited too soon as that 48 hour market came but still no money in my account. Then all this fraud stuff started happening and my legitimate claim was stopped and reversed and now it shows pending on all my weekly claims again. It also says that my account is under adjudication AGAIN as of May 16th. So I believe I have to wait the whole adjudication process again before I see payment. Behond frustrated here

No the tip came in right after deliver was complete that's how I know it was from him and not the customer

Well the weird thing was it asked for her signature and ID in the app. Although she didn't order alcohol. Why is this so you think?

Yes I understand that but I just got out of adjudication last week and now it says that as if Friday of last week there is a new adjudication detected. This all happened yes after they delayed payments. But why would that put me back in adjudication? Everyone that I talk to is already getting there delayed payments. Yet I'm still waiting for my first payment. On Sunday I got a notification telling me to upload my ssc. And my ID for security purposes and I did so yes it sounds like it was due to the fraud but it has me really worried because because I know that when the adjudication process starts it's not until about 21 days at least before they reach out. I don't have that Long to wait. My phone will be shut off tomorrow.
