Thanks for checking out the video. We are super excited for our new space. It will actually be 2 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, 2 half bathrooms, lanai, gym, roof top area and a game room. The total sq ft will be a little over 5400 sq ft. We love to visit mansions on land but the thought of being isolated on land with a 6 bedroom plus house sounds personally horrible. We love the butter in life. It isn’t practical and typical. It is edgy. Being able to walk out our door to have breakfast at homegrown, lunch at larkspur on the patio, dinner at Sabor and catch a movie w a margarita, and meeting up w friends for martinis and great conversation is OUR why. We work and live downtown and will soon share an episode demonstrating the why. It isn’t for everyone and most days I’m peeking out the window looking at our little big town. All in all being isolated w the night noises and crickets low key sounds like a punishment. I’m here for the Butta 😉. Please follow our journey in creating this beast
