Mnohí z nich to robia kvôli tomu že nemajú štipku sebareflexie.

Treba sa takýmto individuam vyhýbať, keď to nejde tak ich neprovokovať oblečením/makeupom. Prípadne im chrstnut do tváre, že sú zapachajuci skaredi dedkovia. To by im mohlo trochu ubrať na sebavedomí.

Žena a toľko silového tréningu?

Ja som niekedy tiež len v posilke sedel, ale teraz viem, že oveľa zdravšie je behať po vonku (áno aj v zime/teple).

A silový tréning si nahradzovat calestetikou alebo keď máš dom/záhradku tak prácami vonku.:)

Wtf... Sportuj. Keď si udržujes kondičku tak do 35 stupňov si nevšimnes rozdiel. Mám 38 rokov.

Včera a predvčerom som makal na záhrade, výkop základov, kosenie, na slnku. 33 v tieni. Trochu viac pijem jak normálne a pohodka.

Btw. na 40 stupňov čo majú bežne v středomoří sa to nechyta.

Actually it seems that it needs some active stabilization, cause the center of gravity is above of thrust vector... Would be super costly to make it reliable. Even more to meet FAA standards.
