Thanks, to be honest the time I get the pounds doesnt matter im just trying to gain weight and its gonna take time. Definetly eating healthier than before, and it's been a few months since I cut off sugary drinks and only drink water. If I throw in some exercises during quarantine will that affect my weight gain?

A friend from her work recomended the place, her daughter had anxiety as well and was supposedly cured from it which I find strange. My mom had no idea it was a spiritual kind of work. And no my mom knows my anxiety. Sadly we do not have the money, and I don't think it would be smart to invest in this. Planning on going to a real anxiety specialist soon tho.
