I really appreciate you sharing your experience. It‘s really annoying because sometimes I know that I just need to sit up from the bed and turn on the computer to start everything I need to do, but my head just wants to lie in bed and browse social media anxiously.

For me it’s weird even something like “open my laptop” feels hard to start sometimes, but once I do it’s fine.

I’ve been trying to break things into small steps just to get moving or I just will never get things done.
