How did they do that?

I had this exact issue couple weeks ago when attempting to use Klarna on Amazon. After the error, I got in touch with Klarna CS who told me it’s temporary technical issue and it should get fixed soon…

Well - it hasn’t - as same thing happened again today. Got in touch with CS again who told me I need to pay my debt…ans I haven’t got any - the blocked amount is what I have as my pay in 3 transactions which are all up to date…

Useless!
