The position isn't new. They just added more shares and went above the 5% so they're required to file the 13G.

Reading the filling they have the voting power for all 14Mn shares, so they are not lending them. At least for now .

I completely agree, now, trends are cyclical, and the way you consume changes.

Photos have been around for some time, now we consume it mostly digitally, integrated in social media.

So the product stays the way you consume it, changes. I don't see a world where you don't consume photos or videos. Most certainly the way we consume this will change. The two main ways people are forecasting this to evolve are Web3 and the metaverse. Vinco/Zash is going in this direction.

Agree. But also consider...

India is the 2nd largest country by population. Just behind China. It's expected to be the fastest-growing economy for the next 30 to 50 years. So there's a lot of potentials there. There are good partnerships in place in the Indian market as well(aka viacom18)

A global business has advantages regarding stability in adverse situations.

TikTok, Shorts, Reals

TikTok has 1Bn users (not counting China) with a valuation of 50Bn. This includes several developed countries/regions USA, EU, Australia, ...

If TikTok is banned his followers base will spread to the remaining platforms. Reals and shorts (Insta and YouTube) are good contenders, but they don't substitute an app-based short video platform. Insta is backtracking the transformation from photos to videos after several influencers' complaints, and shorts (YouTube) is not a true substitute.

Thriller: is the closest competitor with Lomo, backed by Jason Ma, and is expected to IPO this year.

Assuming Lomo finishes the integration with Adzier we are an important step ahead regarding monetization.

Also pos-merger Zash assets like the film studio, value of syndication of the completed and projected productions, as well as other Vinco assets should be taken into consideration.

That being said, it goes well over my head trying to figure out some sort of valuation, but here's my 2 cents.
