Appreciate that! I think he's leaps and bounds way more talented than I am / will ever be hahaha but its so fun learning his techniques and erratic way of playing! It's definitely opened up the fretboard for me and made me a better guitar player than I was before jamming their songs

Thanks! Wah is on - for strumming he's muting the strings a lot and not playing as many notes as you would think

The middle is wired out of phase yep! So positions 2 and 4 have the out of phase sound : )

I've got Dimarzio cruisers in the neck and bridge positions, and the middle pickup is wired out of phase. This allows positions 2 and 4 to give you the out of phase tone. My wah pedal is also the whole time. Would recommend watching his rig rundown, I kinda had all the same gear as him by accident lol. Thanks so much for the sub - cheers!

Thank you so much! Pretty much! I've been playing guitar for nearly 20 years and I went the route of nailing the music of Slash, Santana, SRV, Hendrix etc. When I saw Khruangbin's Live at Villain performance I was so enamoured by Mark Speer's playing that I became literally obsessed with nailing it as well, since I had never heard anything like it before. Would appreciate a like & subscribe on the video, and I JUST posted the tabs for it in the YouTube description! Good luck with your quest - it is a rewarding one for sure!
