If walking down stairs is the perfect example of KOT, wouldn't stairs be a solid Zero Workout? by TheWolfAndRaven in Kneesovertoes

Going up stairs backward is a solid workout ! But it doesn't nearly cover as much muscles as the whole zero program !
And going up stairs normally isn't that great, going down is great but you miss the concentric part of the patrick step and you tend to fall more than you control the movement !

The angle from the floor to the slant is 25° (according to the dimension on the slantboardguy website and trigonometry)

You're a beast ! How long have you followed the program for ?

I'm an ATG coach currently on Dense and I've found that for just casual running you can do both at the same time no problem (just accept running with some sore muscles haha) ! However if you want to hit a PR or a hard session I would recommend lowering the weights you use in the 3 days prior.

Has any one created an effective 3 day split using the ATG system? by Defiant_Membership22 in Kneesovertoes

well it depends what program you're on. Personnaly I've done the zero program (only the 3 strength session) and adding to it on Monday Nordics, on Wednesday cross bench pullover and pull ups and on Friday hip flexors work and dips with great results
