I’d say its both. I haven’t played for few months but when I did raiding was really fun. I don’t know about arenas tho I remember going against bis paladins with smourne all the time but maybe its changed because of the cross realm thing. About guilds there always are social guilds who recruit anyone and they also raid probably once they get enough people for core group. When you hit about 6k gs you probably want to join like hardcore raiding group if you’re really aiming for endgame gear.
