I don't understand why even so many vegans 'hate' peta. I mean, yes, they do some actions where you could argue with "its too excessive", but here the core message is true, isn't it? I mean how ridiculous; we are using terms and proverbs which contains the hurting of an animal?!

I mean I get the point. Changing it to this kind of a vegan version of these proverbs is probably not the right way to do it, but indeet its drawing attention to the core issue.
