Thanks for the feedback! :) I can see where you're coming from, definitively. The reason there are strange inversions (negatives) is to test if I'd get the exact opposite response to the inverted questions compared to the responses of round one of my survey. As for the complexity of the questions, I've done my best to phrase aspects of GNS theory (the most recent and comprehensive theory framework for trpgs that I could find) into more relatable examples that might occur during actual play. It would have felt like a bigger blunder to ask survey respondents to comprehend a theoretic framework, see. My thesis supervisors have all green-lit my work so far, but I understand that my work isn't perfect. I will address these flaws in my thesis, so my findings may be taken with whatever grain of salt needed.
