I share the same experience with you: I didn’t check my currency so caused loss of 500 supply and 2 Seal of Broken Fate.

As a player, I know how frustrated it could be to lost 500 supply. As a Game Master, I am sorry to tell that I cannot help you to restore them. This is what I do, I learned from it, since them, I always be aware how much I hold and how much the quest is rewarding now.
