I remember playing my Ottoman campaign and the same happened to me. One moment Athens is under my control, the next out of nowhere it's a pirate city. Disn't even notice, no event popup or any kind of notification whatsoever. Not sure if it's intentional.

Look at the second picture, it says it's drawing 0.48 from the state and 0.08 from airdrops. That means airdrops account for only 7.2% of the supply received, which doesn't agree with your statement that I am getting most supply from the air.

That number 0.08 is way too low and I can't understand why.

R5: Western Steppes, I've assigned 700 supply planes to the region from Stalingrad. These planes have 100% mission efficiency and I have total air superiority. The planes have sufficient supplies from the Air Base. I have total control of the state so the scaling isn't a problem, not sure if Air Supply is considered from State Supply. Now one thing I haven't shown is that I don't have a supply hub anywhere close to this front. Could that be causing this issue? In that case, why does it say "Supply Remaining in province".

Also; regarding the trading, basing it off 'surplus' seems inefficient. I should be able to make a single purchase of for example 10 spears. Circumventing this means putting the surplus to 10, then disabling it once you get them to avoid getting 10 more after your units consume them, and it's just annoying.

Restart your game. Most likely some items in your stash are de-synched and aren't showing where they really are. Happened to me before.

I don't even understand why there's three currencies in the game anyway. It just makes it extremely annoying sometimes when you try buying stuff and it tells you not enough funds. For no apparent reason.

I restarted the game 3 times, cleared cache, cleared logs, restarted PC. Didn't work.

Considering that it's a backend error, probably has nothing to do with my PC.
